Yokoyama Kazutoshi, who plays Kogure in Exceedraft E13, is a member of the famous talent agency Japan Action Enterprise (JAE) that trains action actors and stuntmen.
He is also the suit actor for Exceedraft's Draft Redder and Sync Redder, as well as Fire and SolBraver in the previous Rescue Police shows. He has participated in the production of tokusatsu shows from various franchises as a regular actor and suit actor.
In the first two Rescue Police shows, he appears out of suit in brief, mainly non-speaking bit parts. Here he is as a driver in Winspector's E13.
He first appears in Solbrain as one of the police guards in E26. He's given a special close-up since he's technically also the show's main character.
He next plays one of the thugs literally killed by a car in Solbrain's E31.
After playing Kogure in Exceedraft, Yokoyama next appears in two episodes of Blue SWAT. He plays Toba Katsuya, a professional athlete and the former triathlon rival of Narumi Shou, who's the lead character of Blue SWAT. Yokoyama's also the suit actor for Shou.
